Liam Withnail hosts MBC Soundsystem, Monkey Barrel’s late-night indie karaoke party: a sweaty, stupid celebration of the songs that soundtracked sticky dancefloors, terrible haircuts and nights you probably shouldn’t remember. Expect Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Franz Ferdinand, The Killers, LCD Soundsystem, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Bloc Party, Pulp, Blur and loads more indie bangers – performed with considerably more enthusiasm than talent. Grab the mic, scream the chorus, dance like it’s 2007.
